A Buzzer is required to be installed in order to be able to control the system via an app from the phone. The default kit includes a higher decibel buzzer, if you would like a lower decibel buzzer, add the buzzer mini to your order. Without a buzzer connected you will receive a pop up message stating that a light barrier is not connected or detected.
Please note that SOMweb holds usernames and passwords inside the device itself and there is nothing saved in the cloud (internet). You will need to reset the device if you have forgotten your password.
